Health Pilot — Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Health Pilot account and data. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and health records at any time.
How to Delete Your Health Pilot Account
You can delete your Health Pilot account directly from within the app:
- Open the Health Pilot app and go to More → App Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Alternatively, if you can't access the app, you may submit a deletion request by emailing takshaktiwari@gmail.com from your registered email address, with the subject "Health Pilot — Account Deletion Request".
What Gets Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
- Personal profile information (name, email, mobile number)
- All health logs (blood sugar, blood pressure, weight, temperature, blood oxygen, water intake)
- Medicines and appointment records
- AI-generated health summaries and reports
- Uploaded documents in the Document Vault
Retention Period
All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request. Anonymised, aggregated data (with no personally identifiable information) may be retained for service improvement purposes.
